GENERAL FAQ

How sturdy are the stickers (Clear, Glossy, Holo, and Glow in the Dark)?
Almost all stickers are UV and water-resistant EXCEPT the glow-in-the-dark stickers which are not UV resistant. None of the stickers are promised to be dish washer friendly, they might hold up to a few washings but we recommend hand wash always.

Most stickers will last 3-4 years under the right care.

Do you offer [this colour] of shirt/pant/leggings?
I generally customize the colour choices of my fabrics with my print partner to ensure clarity of the design. If you message me I might be able to add that colour to my general selections, but I am ultimately limited to the print partners clothing and colour combos.

Do you use AI Art?
Yes; and we don't try to hide it.

All models(both physical and the owners of the art in the data sets) are notified or compensated. And even the public distributed data sets we use are de-compiled(converted back into a series of pictures and descriptions) and we remove portions of art that are clearly stolen or low quality(which often indicates theft) not only for fairness to the original artists but also for our own quality and design needs.

Where do you get your art?
Often we use merchant licenses from artists on Patreon, models we know within the community, and public domain art and artists.

Can you make me a custom piece?
At this time all of our efforts are going towards streamlining the print and exchange process. But in the future we may accept custom requests or design inputs.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds accepted before shipping only. Please contact us within 24 hours to ensure that your refund is processed prior to shipping.

Please note that we use a third party print-on-demand service to automatically manufacture and ship your items, so we are unable to honour return requests after the 24 hour time limit.

SHIPPING FAQ

When will my order ship?

Orders usually ship within 1 to 2 business days, but can take up to 4 business days depending on print size and what you've ordered.

Help! My address is wrong!

Please reach out to us via email [maybeheartofgold@gmail.com] as soon as possible and we will do our best to help! Please be advised that we use a third party print-on-demand service, so we will be unable to change your address if your order has already shipped.

Do you offer priority/express shipping?

Not at this time!

Help! My order says it's been delivered, but I haven't received it.

We are not responsible for lost or missing packages. Once the order is placed, it's up to our print-on-demand service to manufacture and ship the order to you. However, here are a few steps you can take to recover your order:

  • Check your front/back porch, apartment/building front desk, or anywhere else you might receive mail. Sometimes mail carriers drop items off elsewhere if the package is too big to fit in your mailbox.
  • Check with your neighbors or people you live with in case the package was left with them.
  • Contact the mail carrier for further instructions.
  • If all else fails, wait a few days! Sometimes mail carriers mark an item delivered prematurely and then actually deliver it later.
  • For the future: please double check your order to make sure we have the correct information BEFORE shipping!
